2000 Ford F150 AC Venting issue

Hi all,

Got a good one. When I run my air conditioner the vents will switch from
panel to defroster. This occurs when I press the gas pedal. When I let off
the gas, the air switches back from defroster to panel. Anyone know how to
fix this?

yau have a vacuum leak, under load you have low manifold vacuum and default
is defrost hot if you loose vacume to the HVAC. Find your vacuum leak in
the HVAC or any other vacuum area. If there is not a leak possibly you have
a restriction in the main vacuum line to the HVAC but less likely
